Medical Missions
How it Started
2015 - Present
This mission was launched in 2015 in honor of Sir. Michael Otedola’s one-year memorial service for the community of Odoragunshin, Epe, Lagos State, Nigeria. Our medical team – consisting of 40 volunteers from USA, Canada and Nigeria – saw over 1,000 patients over the course of 3 days. Our dental clinic provided service to 300 patients and we partnered with the Epe General Hospital to perform surgeries.
Following the success of 2015, we have continued to partner with organizations and medical professionals – Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses & Nurse Practitioners – to provide free healthcare to the community. Our volunteers have seen over 5,000 patients to date, providing 3-6 months supply of medications and over 300 eyeglasses to patients.

Life-changing eye surgery for Vincent
Vincent arrived at the Narayana Health City in Bengaluru, India with his father on May 17, 2016. After various tests including MRI, meetings and discussions; the best surgical approach was reached by the specialists. He had surgery two weeks after his arrival and was in and out of the hospital. Vincent was scheduled to be in India for about six weeks, however he was there for 4 months during which he underwent different surgeries. $19,551.11 was spent in total, $7,965.00 of which was raised via the GoFundMe and $352.00 via PayPal. We are grateful to God and all our donors for the success of this life-transforming miracle.
