Tola Oye is a woman of integrity, reliable, compassionate, and very committed to her family and church. She has been married to her wonderful and God-fearing husband, Bola for over three decades and they are blessed with a set of twins – Tife and Tiwi. Tola pastors alongside her husband, a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) – Joyful Assembly in Joliet, Illinois.

Tola has an accounting degree, MBA, MA (Pastoral Counseling), PMP & CSM. She works as a Senior Program Manager with a Global Manufacturing Company. She was a volunteer budget coach with the Crown Financial Ministry and a facilitator with the Redeemer’s Leadership Institute (RLI). While pursuing her master’s degree in counseling, Tola became passionate about becoming a voice to help create awareness and educate the leadership of the RCCG Churches on how to handle, support and provide tools for mental health issues in parishes.

Tola has a strong passion for mentoring and training people to live a debt free life by living on Kingdom principles and a realistic budget. She is also passionate about helping others attain the full measure of God’s purpose for their lives and she loves impacting people by bringing out the best in them. Tola loves mentoring young girls to have great confidence in themselves and be happy with who they are in Christ.
